The Mandate Mens' Conference is an annual conference hosted by Mandate Men’s Ministries. Under the leadership of Pastor Agu Irukwu, it was birthed in 2000 out of a personal burden he had to gather men together and provide a platform for them to be built up for all spheres of life.

The vision of the Mandate Annual Conference is to see men become role models in their homes, churches and in the society as a whole. Part of our objective is to also encourage churches all over the UK to understand the importance and the significance of a strong men’s ministry. Over the years, the major testimony of the conference has been the changed lives of our men. A number of men have come to the faith, some have had marriages healed, family relationships restored, others have discovered purpose in life, while others have been encouraged to start businesses, birthing dreams they had in them. The conference has also encouraged a number of pastors to start men’s ministries in their churches.

We believe strongly that godly men are the foundation of everything in the society. Godly men mean godly marriages, godly families, godly churches and therefore godly communities. This will inevitably have a huge impact in the society. Our passion is to build men of integrity, help them to discover their purpose and maximise what God has deposited in them.
